The Wastewater Treatment Systems Operator course is a basic, entry-level course that covers the safe and effective administration, operation, and maintenance of wastewater treatment and collection systems, wastewater collection, pumping stations, municipal and industrial operations. This course meets the requirement in many states for training leading to certification as a wastewater systems operator.
The Train The Trainer course prepares top-level operators for certification as environmental trainers through the National Environmental Safety and Health Training Association (NESHTA). This course is designed for 1. anyone, including experienced trainers, who want to improve their course planning and presentation skills, 2. trainers who need to demonstrate basic compentency as required by 29 CFR 1910.120 and other federal regulations, 3. trainers who wish to implement and train in conformance to the ANSI/ASSE Safety, Health, and Environmental Training Standard, 4. trainers and training managers responsible for delivering technical or mandatory training under OSHA, DOT, RCRA, SARA and state regulations, 4. those preparing for the Instructional Technology test of the Certified Environmental, Safety and Health Trainer (CET) examination.
The Leadership And Supervision In Water/Wastewater course is designed to promote the effectiveness of new and/or prospective supervisors. This course covers effective management, planning, implementation, and evaluation strategies.
